Nice piece, couple of things you need to fix though. You have no shadow, there's no occlusion that plants anything to the ground. You have strong shadows on the figures, but weak to no shadow on the ground. Class made a comment about McGonagall's hat/head being too small, that still needs to be addressed. I just realized what has been bugging me, Harry's not wearing the school uniform under his robes, you need to change that.
