2nd Attempt at Revisions:
Changes made second time: Much cooler shadows, warmth of skin tone enhanced, more convincing contrast to improve form, orange reflective light on Norbert and the bucket, other small clean-up changes.
(First Revised Version): Changes made are the following—changed Norbert to look inward (increasing flow and not leading viewers out of the painting), brightening contrast in the text of his scales. Deepening ellipse of bucket to be coming outward more on the bottom of the bucket, and likewise deepening the opening to be more downward (fixing perspective). Bringing Hagrid’s right sleeve down so as not to hover above the wrist, and increasing slope of sleeve so his elbow can match the other arm. Pulled out nose more to avoid “squashed” look. Smoothed out jacket to make textures flow a bit better and not be too crowded. Emphasized more that the shadows are colored and not black.
