1-5 good 6, I think you need to add the 2 figures on the right half of the image as dark silhouettes to help balance out the composition 7-8 good 9, you need the figure on the right, again for balance. I would make the sky grey, and use a white strip along the base of the city, maybe the reflection light kind of centered 10, I would go black with the house, the ground is grey and the sky. The light is in the windows.
